Dog Tie Outs
Dog tie outs give you control over where your dog can and cannot go outside, while providing them with playtime in the fresh air. Similar to outdoor exercise pens, dog tie-out cables are a great way to give our pups the exercise they need when we aren’t available for a walk.
Choose the optimal length of the tie out based on the size of the area you’re comfortable letting your dog play. Attach one end of the tie out directly to your dog’s harness. Then choose a stable base for the opposite end. This base should be in the center of their play area. Also make sure you check the size and weight requirements for each tie out, as some won’t be able to handle the strength of big dogs. Your dog should always be supervised when attached to a tie out.
