The Albino Red Tail Tinfoil Barb is a great semi-aggressive schooling fish to recommend to the beginner hobbyist. However, if adding in a school make sure that the aquarium is large enough because they can grow to be about 14 inches in size. Keeping them happy is pretty simple and they will acclimate to an aquarium setting fairly easily. They are a very active fish that needs plenty of swimming space. They prefer planted aquariums with rocks, fine gravel and drift where they can hide and swim through. The Albino Red Tail Tinfoil Barb will accept just about any food that is dropped into the tank from freshwater flakes to frozen meaty foods.
