Gobies are an excellent addition to reef aquariums with a small adult size and a lot of personality. The cultured Neon Yellow Barsnout Cleaner Gobies are timid, hardy and may even clean tank mates, which makes them a great addition to a reef aquarium. The most important aspect of their care is to make sure they are eating. Since these are cultured specimens, they will readily take to prepared meaty diets with ease. Be sure to supplement their diet with meaty frozen foods (thawed) and marine sinking pellets. They can become territorial against other Cleaner Gobies if the aquarium is not large enough, so they should be the only goby unless they are a mated pair. They have an adult size of about 2" and are a great addition to smaller aquariums. They have horizontal stripes of yellow, white and blue. Their mouths are under an overhanging snout that is shark like.

  • Minimum tank size: 10 gallons
  • Approximate selling size: 1"
  • For continued health, provide a varied diet of marine meaty foods and should be fed twice daily
