Danios are an easy beginner fish that does well in a community setting and makes a brilliant schooling display. The Dwarf Emerald Danio has beautiful colorations and patterns that will shimmer in your aquarium! They can be housed in really any quantity but keep in mind the larger the school then a larger tank is needed. They do exceptionally well in planted aquariums with darker substrate but can thrive in tanks without. Provide an aquarium with higher flow to mimic their natural habitat. The Dwarf Emerald Danio will accept just about any food that is dropped into the tank from freshwater flakes to frozen meaty foods.
