Aquacultured Nano Green Clove Coral
Green Clove Corals are a favorite among reef hobbyists, due to ease of care and appearance, and are identified by their eight-tentacle flowering polyps. This colonial coral grows very quickly and will spread throughout the aquarium. Take care not to place this coral too close to other sessile invertebrates, as the polyps can overgrow many of them. Also, be sure to keep aggressive corals away from the Clove Coral, because it can be damaged easily by sweeper tentacles. They can thrive in low to moderate light levels, but can live without direct feeding in moderate light. Nevertheless, the Clove can still benefit from supplemented feedings of foods designed for filter feeding invertebrates. Water flow should be low to moderate but never direct.
