The Peppermint Shrimp is a great resource if you have aiptasia anemones on rock work. They are a reef-safe, peaceful, and great addition to your cleanup crew. Having multiple in your aquarium will ensure that at least one will like eating aiptasia, and will increase the speed at which they get the job done. Three or more also gives hobbyists the best chance to have these critters spawn in the aquarium. They will not only eat aiptasia but will also clean up uneaten food and detritus. A great rule of thumb is to add one per 10 gallons.
